Seasons Training Academy

Because we take training so seriously, we have also created our own Seasons Training Academy so our carers can top up their training at our specialist training centre in Bicester.

We are delighted to be known for how much we value training, so much so, that we now offer training to other care agencies, organisations and individuals who need to top up their training.

In particular, we have forged strong partnerships with continuing healthcare teams, clinical commissioning groups, GP’s and commissioners, which has enabled us to be one of the ‘Go-To’ providers for those requiring complex needs care and support.

EXAMPLES OF CURRENT BUSINESS SUPPORT PROJECTS

Provider 1

We supported a landlord, who was new to the market and offering high-end accommodation, with all aspects of the business set up as part of a move into supported living.

Provider 2

A new supported living provider had already set up their service but had issues with getting the correct rent. We supported them in negotiating with the local Housing Benefit department as their rent had not been calculated properly.

Provider 3

We supported a service to obtain CQC registration and to negotiate contracts with the local authority. We additionally provided business coaching support for the manager and company director.
