Our Season Healthcare Training Academy is designed to ensure that employees feel confident, knowledgeable, and fully supported in delivering the best possible client care during their time at Season Healthcare, and throughout their careers.

We always ensure that those we support receive the highest quality of care possible but it is incredibly important to us that we also take care of our employees. One way we do this is by providing continued education opportunities and the best training.
  • Our Season Healthcare Training Academy is designed to ensure that employees feel confident, knowledgeable, and fully supported in delivering the best possible client care during their time at Season Healthcare, and throughout their careers.
  • We provide a comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to all Season Healthcare team members.
  • All of our new carers and support workers undertake the Care Certificate which lasts 12 weeks and consists of a two-day induction; workbook assignments; work-based assessments and one-to-one mentoring.
  • From day one, we will help you to build your professional training portfolio and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, to best represent and reward your development in the wider workplace.
